Kudos to the Northampton High School Key Club,who have scheduled a cleanup on the Rail Trail Sunday,October 21st from 11:00am-1:00pm.
Volunteers are encouraged to join them,gathering at Stop and Shop on King Street and beginning with that section of the trail. Participants are encouraged to wear gardening or other protective gloves. Cooley Dickinson Hospital and other businesses have provided food,drink and extra gloves.
The club hopes the fall cleanup will cover as much of the trail as possible,says NHS senior Eli Spector.
