We are very excited about the developments on the Leeds Rail Trail and the potential of purchasing an easement to allow a connection to South Main Street in Haydenville (near Leeds and the Northampton Town Line). The City of Northampton and the Office of Sustainability and Planning has made great strides in the past few . . .  Dear FNTG Supporters, Every seven years the City of Northampton creates a detailed plan for how it will acquire and manage conservations and recreation land around the city for the public good. Tuesday will be our opportunity to hear about the new plans being proposed for the next seven years and we will be invited . . . The City of Northampton has forgiven back taxes owed on a property in Leeds,which will be used to construct an access ramp between Main Street and the rail trail.
