Updates on Northampton Trail Underpass

The website Trains in the Valley has posted updated information regarding the trail underpass that will be built under the railroad track near King Street in Northampton. A bid has been chosen and construction is to begin later this year, with project completion sometime in 2017.

public hearing on proposed Connecticut River Greenway

The City of Northampton Office of Planning and Development announced a meeting about the proposed Connecticut River Greenway. This should be a great opportunity to hear more about this exciting project to connect the trail network to Hatfield as well as make better links to the river.
